  1. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Pat into 9"x13" pan. In double boiler heat marshmallows and lowfat milk. Cold slightly. In bowl whip the cream and vanilla. Add in unsweetened chocolate, grated into pcs. Fold cream mix with marshmallow mix and pour over crust. Chill overnight.
