Ingredients

  • 2 or possibly 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 or possibly 4 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Heat skillet with beef, flour, stirring till well coated. Add in lowfat milk stirring constantly till desired thickness. Add in the butter and touch of pepper. Serve over biscuits, toast, or possibly corn bread.
