Directions

  1. Take meat slices and chop into 1/2 inch pcs. Heat butter in medium-size skillet, stir in flour till a smooth paste forms. Stir lowfat milk in gradually using a wire whisk to prevent lumps. Heat slowly to simmering; stir in meat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat till warm. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Serve over toast for breakfast.
