  • 2 pound chicken breasts, cut up
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
  • 2 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Melon wedges and strawberries

Directions

  1. In bowl toss chicken, celery, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise. Before serving, fold in crushed chips. Serve salad on lettuce and garnish with melon wedges and strawberries.
