Ingredients

2 (8 ounce.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 (3 ounce.) chip beef, minced in blender
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
10 green onions (white part only)
Shake of garlic salt
Couple squirts lemon juice

Directions

Blend meat or possibly chop - save some for coating. Mix ingredients. Form into a ball. Roll in minced, chipped beef you saved for coating. Serve with crackers.
