Directions

  1. In a heavy pan, heat water, ribs, soy sauce, and salt; when mix boils, turn down heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add in sugar and sherry. Turn heat high and continue to cook till the liquid is all evaporated. Blend sauce ingredients, pour slowly over ribs. Cook for about 2 min. Place ribs on a flat dish and top with sauce. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
