Ingredients
- 4 lbs. pork baby back ribs, par-boiled
Directions
- Make ginger sauce: mix together 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. chicken broth, 3 Tbsp. brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. grnd ginger. Pour over ribs and place them in a large covered bowl and chill overnight. Remove ribs from marinade. Save marinade.
- Mix 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/4 tsp. turmeric, 1/4 tsp. celery seed, and a dash of dry mustard. Rub ribs with this mix, thoroughly. Place ribs under broiler, basing often with reserved marinade, till well browned on both sides.
