Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs. ribs
  • 1/4 c. sherry wine
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon MSG (optional)
  • 4 tbsp. honey

Directions

  1. Cut ribs into pcs. Mix above ingredients and marinate ribs in refrigerator 1 or possibly 2 days.
  2. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Remove ribs from marinade and place in pan. Cover with foil. Cook, covered 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees. Cook, uncovered last 1/2 hour for crispier ribs.
