Chinese Pork And Peas (Stir Fry)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound uncooked pork
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sherry
  • 7 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon instant bouillon
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. cool water
  • 1 c. snow peas or possibly frzn peas

Directions

  1. Slice the pork fine. Heat skillet or possibly wok and stir fry pork till done. Add in soy sauce and sherry; set aside. Saute/fry mushrooms on one Tbsp. oil. Add in to the meat. Pour boiling water in a pan and add in bouillon, peas and a mix of cornstarch and cool water. Heat thoroughly. Add in pork mix back to sauce. Serve warm over rice. Serves 4.
