Ingredients
- 1/2 pound uncooked pork
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 7 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 teaspoon instant bouillon
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 c. snow peas or possibly frzn peas
Directions
- Slice the pork fine. Heat skillet or possibly wok and stir fry pork till done. Add in soy sauce and sherry; set aside. Saute/fry mushrooms on one Tbsp. oil. Add in to the meat. Pour boiling water in a pan and add in bouillon, peas and a mix of cornstarch and cool water. Heat thoroughly. Add in pork mix back to sauce. Serve warm over rice. Serves 4.
