Directions

  1. Mix together pasta, seeds, chicken and green onion. Fold in a bowl oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over pasta. Just before serving add in minced spinach. Handy tip: this is a versatile recipe in which you can increase the pasta, decrease the chicken or possibly omit meat all together. Broccoli can also be substituted for spinach. Serves 8 to 10.
