Directions

  1. Simmer 1/2 hour. Serve with thin strips of beef (eg. eye of the round) and bits of vegetables eg. cauliflower, onion, fresh mushrooms, celery, green and red pepper, etc. (in strips). Serve in fondue pot using fondue forks. Excellent with rice and salad.
