- 1 med cabbage, shredded
- 2 med carrot, shredded
- 2 pkt top ramen, oriental or possibly chicken, crumbled
- 4 Tbsp. almonds, sliced
- 1/2 c. cilantro, minced
- 4 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
Directions
- Prepare salad dressing (one of the seasoning packets from the top ramen can be added for a variation). RefrigerateMix salad ingredients and toss with the dressing just before serving so noodles dont soften.
