Ingredients

  • Top Ramen (Oriental) seasoning packet (reserve noodles for second step)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar Salt, to taste Sesame seed oil, to taste Cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes or possibly chili oil, to taste Combine all the above ingredients, then add in:
  • 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. diced, cooked chicken Top Ramen noodles, broken
  • 1 x green onion, sliced
  • 1 x carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, minced Cilantro to taste, minced

Directions

  1. Let marinate for several hrs or possibly overnight, stirring occasionally to moisten noodles. Serve cool or possibly at room temperature.
