  1. 1. Make Dressing: Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and red pepper flakes in large bowl. Process ginger, garlic and green onions infood processor till minced fine. Whisk into soy mix.
  2. 2. Rinse pasta under cool water and set aside. Heat snow peas with salt in 1 inch water in medium saucepan over high heat till snow peas are bright green, 20 seconds. Remove from heat. Drain and rinse under cool water. Cut into thin strips.
  3. 3. Add in snow peas and pasta to dressing with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. (Can be made ahead. Cover and chill up to 4 hrs.)
  4. Makes 6servings.
