Chilled Gazpacho Soup Recipe

• 1 med Green Bell pepper, diced
• 1 med Red Bell pepper, diced
• 1 med Yellow Bell pepper, diced
• 4 stalk celery, diced
• 2 x cucumbers, peeled and diced
• 28 ounce can plum tomatoes, minced with liquid
• 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 3 c. cool water
• 1/4 c. Italian parsley, minced
• 1/2 c. fresh basil, minced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
