  • 1 1/2 c. (6 ounces) SARGENTO(r) Fancy Shredded Monterey Jack or possibly ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. (4-oz) can) ORTEGA(r) Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs, lightly beaten ORTEGA(r) Thick & Chunky Salsa


  1. Toppings: lowfat sour cream, sliced ripe olives, minced green onions PREHEAT oven to 325 F. SPRINKLE 3/4 c. cheese onto bottom of lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with chiles and remaining cheese. Place flour in medium bowl. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring till smooth. Stir in Large eggs; pour mix over cheese.
  2. BAKE for 45 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Cold in pan for 10 min. SERVE with salsa and desired toppings.
