Ingredients

  • Cubed pork lean
  • Med. onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can Herdaz green chile sauce or possibly salsa
  • 1 can diced green Ortega chilies
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Fry pan with lid
  • 1 can diced black olives
  • Flour or possibly corn tortillas, added to top
  • Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, grate together

Directions

  1. Cook meat till done. Add in ingredients to meat; cover. Cook 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done to your taste. Stir occasionally. Spoon into tortillas. Add in cheese and roll to the table and enjoy. Can also make in crock pot.
