  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. dry red pepper flakes
  • 2 lbs. salted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and pepper flakes and cook 1 minute. Add in peanuts and stir to combine. Transfer peanuts to baking sheet.
  2. Bake till slightly browned, about 10 min. Sprinkle with chili pwdr and toss to combine. Cold completely. Cover and store in airtight container at least 8 hrs. 6 c..
