Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 (4 ounce.) cans whole green chilies
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

Directions

  1. Cook beef, drain. Add in onion and garlic. Cut each chili in half. Beat Large eggs and flour together; add in lowfat milk, salt and Tabasco. Grease 8 inch pan. Layer meat, chilis, half of cheese. Pour egg mix over top. Finish with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Let stand 5 min.
