Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pound Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 c. whole green chilis, minced
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 7 Large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon flour

Directions

  1. Toss chilis and cheeses in a 9x12 pan.
