Chili Garlic Prawns with Coconut milk and Kangkong is one of my favorite prawns recipe. Love it anytime!

Directions

  1. Saute garlic, onion, and prawns on medium heat.
  2. Add the chili and fish sauce, stir fry until prawns turn pink.
  3. On a separate pan, bring kangkong leaves into a boil using the coconut milk.
  4. Let it simmer until tender and juices are reduced.
  5. Transfer the cooked leaves onto the prawns.
  6. Stir until well fused.
  7. Add pepper and adjust according to taste.
  8. Add the coconut cream and bring into a boil for a minute or two.
  9. Serve with steamed rice.
