Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. Soft margarine
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 can Creamed corn
  • 1 can (7 ounce.) chilies, diced
  • 3 c. Jack cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Mix margarine and Bisquick; add in lowfat milk, Large eggs, and corn. Mix till moist. Pour 1/2 mix into 8 x 8 inch pan, greased. Lay green chilies on Bisquick mix. Cover with cheese. Spread remaining Bisquick mix.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 min.
