Chili Cheese Casserole

Good for breakfast or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilis
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheddar or jack cheese
  • 3 tbls. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease casserole dish with crisco or butter/margarine. Line bottom with chilis, 1/2 of the cheese and repeat.
  3. In a bowl, beat/mix the milk and eggs, then pour over chilis and cheese mixture.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
