Ingredients

  • 16 ounce. can light pink kidney beans or possibly pinto beans or possibly 2 c. cooked dry beans
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion

Directions

  1. Drain beans and mash in a bowl. Add in onion and seasonings. Serve hot or possibly cool with vegetables, crackers, or possibly taco shells. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese (optional).
