Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. low-sodium low-fat chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 whl dry chili peppers broken in half
  • 1/4 c. fresh basil chopped
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients. Mix well. Add in the chicken and marinate up to 24 hrs.
  2. On a grill with the rack set 6 inches from the heat source, grill the chicken over high heat for 7 min per side till cooked through.
  3. This recipe yields 5 servings.
  4. Serving size: 3 ounces.
