Directions

  1. Wash the chicken in cool water, drain, pat dry and reserve. Mix together all remaining ingredients. Place the chicken in this marinade and coat well.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hrs. Grill or possibly broil the chicken till it is tender but no longer pink inside, 3 to 5 min on each side. Serve immediately. Throw away any remaining marinade.
