Directions

  1. In a greased baking dish, layer 1/3 of the sharp cheddar and top with some chiles and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Cover with a third of the mild Cheddar and a third of the Jack cheese. Repeat twice, using up all the ingredients.
  3. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 min, until the cheeses are melted and the center is set.
  4. Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips.
