  1. In buttered 9 x 13 pan arrange bread cubes. Sprinkle with one c. cheese. Pour on salsa. Beat Large eggs, half and half, lowfat milk, mustard, pepper and onion pwdr. Pour in pan. Top with remaining cheese and sliced olives. Refrigerateovernight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till set. Serve with lowfat sour cream and toppings.
