Ingredients

  • Chickpeas – 400 gms, soaked for 1 hour, washed, drained
  • Tomatoes – 300 gms, finely chopped, pureed thick
  • Onion – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Yogurt – 1/4 cup
  • Green Chillies – 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
  • Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • Salt as per taste
