Directions

  1. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken breasts in crumbs to coat. Arrange in baking dish. Set remaining crumbs aside. Cook onion in butter till tender. Blend in flour, stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir one minute more. Stir in spinach and ham. Spoon spinach mix over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered in 350 degrees oven for 40 to 45 min or possibly till done. (Can also use turkey cutlets or possibly fish fillets).
