Chicken with Rosemary and Thyme Recipe

This is my quick and easy version of pan fried chicken with rosemary and thyme. My kid loves this and would enjoy it everytime I make it. A twist would be to add lemon zest onto the marnade, it will give a tangy orangy scent.

Directions

  1. Marinade chicken breasts with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and worcestershire sauce.
  2. Set aside for 30mins.
  3. Pan fry each piece of chicken on a non-stick pan.
  4. Cook each side until a bit of brown, turn. Do not overcook the chicken.
  5. Serve with your choice of side dish.
