Ingredients
- Parma ham Breast of chicken Sardines Fresh herbs Breadcrumbs Sea salt Extra virgin olive oil Lemon Basil Butter Sage leaves Garlic White wine
Directions
- Flatten the chicken and lay the sage leaves on top of it. Then lay the Parma ham on and skewer through all three. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the skewers. Add in extra virgin olive oil and basil.
- Marinade the sardines in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon and white wine. Add in the breadcrumbs, sea salt, basil and marjoram.
- Barbecue or possibly oven cook the sardines.
