Ingredients

  • Parma ham Breast of chicken Sardines Fresh herbs Breadcrumbs Sea salt Extra virgin olive oil Lemon Basil Butter Sage leaves Garlic White wine

Directions

  1. Flatten the chicken and lay the sage leaves on top of it. Then lay the Parma ham on and skewer through all three. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the skewers. Add in extra virgin olive oil and basil.
  2. Marinade the sardines in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon and white wine. Add in the breadcrumbs, sea salt, basil and marjoram.
  3. Barbecue or possibly oven cook the sardines.
