Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Saute/fry in butter. Lower heat and cook till almost done, about 8 min. Add in onion, mushrooms, tarragon and thyme and cook till mushrooms are golden brown, about 2 min. Add in wine, broth and gravy mix, stirring well. Add in parsley and serve.
