Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings

Directions

  1. Mix together first 4 ingredients, heat to boiling in large frying pan. Add in chicken wings and cook slowly for 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade and broil.
