- 1/4 cup dry white wine (don't forget your ID if you go to buy it, I did!) :)
- 2 tblsp chopped capers
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1 package of chicken wings
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup white wine vinager
- 1 tsp salt
