Chicken Wings Recipe
Crockpot Chicken Wings and The World Series
OK raise your hand if you love baseball. Here is one of those recipes that is really simple and just perfect to serve during the World Series. Now I have some friends that love baseball. One friend told me once that women don’t break your heart, baseball teams do. (He is a Phillies fan.) Then there is my co-worker Greg, who is a Rangers fan. He made me rethink our workplace violence policy when I yelled ”Go Yankees!” I honestly thought he was going to tar and feather me. I love being invited to these game day parties. Mostly though I love eating the food. Make no mistake, I am in it for the food. So, it doesn’t matter if you are a Rangers fan or a Giants fan, here is another oh so simple recipe you can make for game day.
When this is done, place the crock pot of chicken wings on top of the coffee table in front of the widescreen TV. No silverware is necessary (cuz this is finger food!) and to make the seventh inning stretch snacking perfect pass around paper plates and (no—no napkins!) paper towels.
Just try your best to ignore the sucking and squeaking sounds your friends and family are going to make while “dining.” Yeah—and put out the other stuff you made too.
This is a fun seventh inning stretch treat. The only advance tip I can give you is. . .make plenty! They’re popular and they go fast!
