  1. In large pan, heat oil. Add in chicken and garlic and cook on high, stirring often till chicken is lightly browned. Add in frzn vegetables, stirring often till thawed.
  2. Meanwhile mix cornstarch, ginger, soy sauce and broth in a bowl till well blended. Pour in with chicken, stir till sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 min. Serve over rice.
