Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1/2 c. diced cilantro (coriander)
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Boil all of the above for 30-40 min. On serving, add in corn chips, Monterey Jack cheese and slices of avocado.
