Directions

  1. Mince chicken and quarter lemons.
  2. Brown along with spices in a casserole with a little oil.
  3. Add in chicken pcs, olives, and preserved lemons.
  4. Salt and pepper, moisten with a glass of water and cook covered over low heat for 75 minutes.
  5. Right before serving, arrange in a tajine dish and broil in oven for 5 minutes to brown chicken
  6. Serve quite warm, accompanied by semolina or possibly bulgur.
