Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions
- Place 4 chicken breasts on bottom of casserole dish. Place 8 slices Swiss cheese on top of chicken. Add in mushroom soup and water chestnuts. Heat 1 stick of butter in a pan and mix 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
