Ingredients
- 12 pcs chicken, skinned
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 bouillon cube, 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- Dash of salt
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
- Prepare sauce, then pour over chicken in electric fry pan; 1 hour, turn and add in pineapple slices over chicken pcs. Cook for 1/2 to 1 hour longer.
