Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom, cream of celery or possibly cream of chicken soup (or possibly any combination of these)
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Your favorite stuffing

Directions

  1. Saute/fry chicken lightly till just golden, in extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Place in roasting pan. Combine soup and soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Top with your favorite stuffing. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. When this is about 3/4 of the way done, uncover. Note: You can add in a little lowfat milk to the soup if it seems too thick.
