  • 1 chicken (fryer cut in pcs)
  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 soup cans of water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Mix dry onion soup mix with rice. Place in greased roaster. Mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of water. Pour over rice mix. Place chicken pcs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs or possibly till done. Serves 6-8 people. I use pork chops sometimes instead of chicken.
