  • 1 scant c. of white plain dry rice (don't use Minute Rice)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 cans of water
  • 5 or possibly 6 chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Place rice in bottom of casserole dish. Mix chicken soup, celery soup, and water together and pour over rice. Butter and salt chicken breasts and place them on top of rice mix.
  2. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at 300 degrees.
