Chicken Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 x teapoon salt
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. hot water, (625 ml) chicken filling
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, minced
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan, (60g) cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. cooked spinach, minced salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Sift flour onto a large pastry board. Make a well in the center and add in salt, Large eggs, and water. Mix thoroughly. Knead the dough for about two min.
  2. Allow dough to stand for ten min. Divide the dough into quantities which are easy to roll out. Roll each section out on a floured flour to a thickness of 1/8 inch (3mm), Cut into 2 inch (5cm) rounds or possibly squares and place a tsp. of filling the center. Cover with another circle or possibly square and press edges together with a fork. Cook in boiling salted water till dough is tender. Serve with sauce of your choice.
