Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sage and onion stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. chicken or possibly turkey
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
Directions
- Mix together butter, water, and stuffing. Put half in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup, lowfat milk, chicken and vegetables together; put on top of stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
