Directions

  1. Stir fry - medium to medium high heat.
  2. Stir fry meat in large skillet for 5 min. Remove to bowl. Stir fry garlic, broccoli, onions and carrots for 2 min. Add in mushrooms. Return meat to skillet. Mix cornstarch with water, soy sauce, Karo and red pepper. Pour sauce over and heat till boiling. Boil 1 minute till thickens. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
