  • 2 x Cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 sprg rosemary, leaves removed, minced
  • 6 slc White bread Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Put chicken and cream in food processor and blend till smooth. Add in minced rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread on white bread.
  2. Cut off crust and place in re-sealable bag to go.
  3. Yield: 3 sandwiches
