Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast fillets pounded Spaghetti Sauce Italian bread crumbs lowfat milk
  • 1 x egg Mozzarella cheese Spaghetti -- cooked Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Beat egg, and fold in about 2/3 c. lowfat milk. Dip fillets in lowfat milk mix and then roll in crumbs to cover. Fry in oil till done. Place in pan. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake till cheese is golden.
